Typically, this is the first and one of the most important stages of the entire criminal procedure. This is the stage where the amount of bail is set, if the judge decides to grant bail at all.

Do NOT show up to an arraignment without the Law Office of Paul D. Petrus Jr. on your side. Mr. Petrus would be happy to meet you or your loved one in court and fight for the lowest-possible bail that Mr. Petrus can obtain. In fact, Mr. Petrus has often had his clients released from jail for free.

Arraignment Hours

ALL the boroughs’ arraignment hours are 9:00 AM to 1:30 AM. Typically, there are breaks during the day and evening with one taken usually between 9:00 PM and 10:30 PM.
